For your journey to start as pleasant as possible, we provide high-standard ground services with well-trained personnel to guide you wherever necessary and provide proper services, assisting you with checking-in your luggage and issuing your boarding pass.
In order for your check-in to run smoothly, you are kindly requested to be 2 hours before your scheduled flight- within Europe-, 3 hours before your long-haul flight and finally 1 hour before your domestic flight at the check-in.
You should provide the necessary travel documents so that your identity can be confirmed and the name in your passport should be exactly the same name printed on your ticket.
