1. Flight Dispatchers
Member of the Flight Operations team, reports to the OCC/Dispatch Supervisor.
The successful candidate should be fluent in Greek and English languages and have relevant aviation and/or airline operations experience.
FLIGHT DISPATCHERS / (Position Code: FO-FD)
- Flight Dispatcher certificate or equivalent
- Knowledge and/or experience in flight planning systems (Jet plan) is desirable
- Knowledge of relevant JAA / ICAO regulations
- Experience in dispatching and obtaining all related authorizations (overfly, landing, slot)
- Basic knowledge of ground handling and fuel calculations
- Knowledge of payload calculations
- Knowledge of Flight plan preparation, filling and flight watch
- Knowledge in reading and interpretation of aviation weather
2. Administration & HR Manager
Member of the Management team, reports to the Chairman& CEO.
The successful candidate should hold a university degree, be fluent in Greek and English languages and have a proven track record in administrative management, including extensive experience in general HR and IT fields.
Experience within the aviation or commercial airline environment, as well as knowledge of other languages is desirable.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervision and control of all administrative, IT and HR functions and operations.
- Administration, control and update as may be deemed necessary, of administrative and employment policies and procedures.
- Liaison with local authorities and company’s legal advisors for the ongoing business operations needs.
- Regular liaison and follow-up with local and international business services providers and suppliers.
